Information we collect
When you submit a sourcing request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, business email, product request, quantity, destination, requirements and optional attachments.
How we use it
We use this information to review sourcing options, prepare quotations, arrange samples or orders, coordinate packing and shipping, and maintain internal follow-up records.
Website analytics
MOQ Go records limited first-party page-view data such as page path, general referral source, anonymous browser identifier and country code supplied by Cloudflare. We do not use this data to sell personal profiles.
Storage and access
Inquiry records are stored in Cloudflare D1 and attachments in Cloudflare R2. The owner dashboard is protected by Cloudflare Access and limited to the authorized account.
Retention and requests
Records are retained as needed for sourcing, quotations, orders, legal obligations and fraud prevention. To request correction or deletion, email [email protected].
